Stop drifting.
Start becoming who you were made to be.

You already know you're capable of more. You don't need another motivational video. You need structure, discipline, and someone to hold you to it.

90 days is all it takes to transform your life.

The Reality

Where You're At Right Now

You don't need more motivation.

You already know what you should be doing.

But your life doesn't reflect it.

01

You know you're capable of more—but your days don't show it

You've had moments where you were locked in. But right now? You go through the motions. And at the end of the day, you know you didn't push yourself.

02

You have no real structure

Your schedule changes constantly. Your habits aren't consistent. You rely on how you feel instead of a system. Some days you're on. Most days you're not.

03

You keep choosing comfort over growth

You delay starting. You avoid hard things. You put off what actually matters. Not because you don't care—but because it's easier not to.

04

You feel disconnected from your purpose

You stay busy—but not intentional. It feels like you're just filling time instead of building something. Deep down, you know you're not living the life you're supposed to be living.

05

Your faith isn't where you want it to be

You believe. You want to live it out. But your actions don't match it consistently. And that disconnect sits with you.

“You don't have a discipline problem—you have a structure problem.”

You don't need a completely different life. You need structure. You need discipline. You need to start doing what you already know you should be doing. That's what I help you build.

The Stakes

The Cost of Staying Where You Are

If nothing changes, nothing changes. And it won't hit all at once. It happens slowly. Quietly.

1

You'll still feel like you're capable of more

A year from now. Same thoughts, different day. Still thinking about the life you could be living—but not actually living it.

2

You stop trusting yourself

Every time you say you'll start and don't, you break your own word. Do that enough, and you stop believing in yourself. And when that happens, discipline feels impossible.

3

Life gets busier, but nothing actually improves

Life doesn't slow down—it speeds up. More responsibility. More pressure. And if you don't have structure now, you won't magically have it then.

4

These patterns follow you into your future

The lack of discipline you feel right now doesn't stay here. It follows you. Into your work. Your relationships. How you show up when it matters. When life gets harder—you fall back to your habits.

5

More responsibility, less control

More people depending on you. Less time. More pressure. But still no structure. Still no consistency. And now you're not just letting yourself down—you're leading others without being grounded yourself.

This doesn't fix itself with time. Time just exposes it.

You build discipline now—so you're ready when life gets serious.

Do you want to figure this out now… or when it actually costs you something?

Your Coach

I found purpose through faith and discipline.

I was always athletic growing up—played sports, stayed active—but I was also on the wild side. When I got older, I lost the structure that gave my life direction. No real challenge. And I started to feel it. Like my days didn't have purpose.

But I knew I was meant for more.

So I started running. At first, just something to push myself. But it turned into way more than that. I started building real discipline. I got serious about my faith. And things started to click.

Within 3 months, I ran a 50K. Within 6 months, a 50-mile ultramarathon. And in less than a year, I ran 100 miles straight—over 30 hours without stopping.

That race changed me. Not because of the distance, but because of what it took to finish. The discipline. The mindset. The ability to keep going when everything in you wants to quit.

Since then, I've been obsessed with understanding how people actually change—not just physically, but mentally and spiritually in a way that lasts.

Now I work with men ages 18–30 who feel stuck, distracted, or capable of more—but don't know how to unlock it.

The Foundation

The Framework

Everything is built around two things: faith and discipline.

Discipline

Walking together after finishing the 100 mile ultramarathon

We build discipline through action. Training for something hard—like a 90-day physical goal. Following through daily. Cutting bad habits and building better ones.

Simple routines like journaling and reflection. You stop thinking about change and start living it.

Faith

Two people praying together in a moment of faith

Discipline gives structure. Faith gives direction. Time in scripture and application. Learning how to actually live out the life God intended.

And just as important—faith in yourself. Believing you're capable of more. Trusting that God has a path for you. Cutting out limiting beliefs.

When you combine faith and discipline, you stop drifting and start building the life God meant for you.

The System

The Build With Intention Method

FAQ

This is for men between 18 and 30 who know they're capable of more but can't stay consistent. You might be in college, recently graduated, or early in your career. You care about your faith, you want discipline, and you're ready to stop drifting. If that's you—this was built for you.
Good. That's exactly who this is for. You don't need to have it figured out before you start. I give you the structure, the system, and the accountability so you can build discipline from scratch. You just need to show up and be willing to do the work.
No. Fitness is a tool, not the goal. We use physical challenges—like training for a race—as a vehicle for building discipline. But this goes deeper than workouts. We work on your mindset, your faith, your habits, your goals, and the way you show up every day.
Simple. You hit "Apply Now" and we connect directly. We'll have a short conversation to make sure it's the right fit for both of us. From there, we get you started. No sales pitch. Just a real conversation about where you're at and where you want to go.
